Spin the Wheel - Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms By utilizing the Spin the Wheel service offered by Dynamic Mobile Communications ("we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you disagree with any aspect of these terms, please refrain from using our service.
2. Eligibility To engage with our Spin the Wheel service, you must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age requirements in your jurisdiction. By using the service, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria.
3. How to Play WEB: To access the features of the Spin the Wheel service, visit the designated Spin the Wheel link. Follow these steps:

• Enter your mobile number
• Choose a multiplier for where the wheel will land
• Input an amount between Ksh 20 - 1,000
• Click "Spin now" and check your phone to authorize the Mpesa charge. Enter your pin to complete the transaction
• Click here to Spin

Prize Terms and Rules If a spin matches the multiplier and was made at the minimum level (currently Ksh 20), the following table illustrates the payout for the winning spin:

1. Fair Play: Our Spin the Wheel operates on principles of fairness and random outcomes, generated through a random algorithm to ensure fairness for all participants.
2. Wagering: Users are responsible for managing their wagers. We are not liable for any losses incurred during Spin the Wheel use.
3. Payouts: Winnings are credited directly to users' Mpesa accounts. Payouts are subject to a 20% Withholding Tax deducted from winnings.

You agree not to partake in the following activities:

1. Cheating: Any attempt to manipulate the Spin the Wheel service or exploit vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
2. Violation of Law: Use of the service must comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

6. Privacy Policy Your utilization of the Spin the Wheel is also subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into these terms.
7. Amendments We retain the right to update, modify, or revise these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
8. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to Spin the Wheel at our discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to the violation of these terms.
